happiest birthday to my favorite little baby of death. 💜 i started cosplaying hotaru five years ago with @moonmenagerie and here we are, multiple years later, and i’ve done so many versions of her. wedding dress, mugen uniform, a few casual looks, le mouvement final musical fuku, yukata, super fuku… what’s next for her? idk. i just debuted her super fuku last year so i’d like to play around with that some more, but i also would love to do other classic sailor saturn looks. we’ll see what the future holds~

today felt fitting to post amy. so many wonderful amy things have been happening and i am just thriving because i love amy so much. amy rose and tails are my top two sonic characters. to round out the top three… knuckles maybe? but i do love our original blue blur as well. idk, i am just so happy to continue another year of team sonic — or shall we go old school and say the freedom fighters? 🦔
i am awake getting ready to go to the gym before having a chill & lazy birthday. all i wanted this weekend was to play video games, sew, get my birthday freebies, and be in a blanket cocoon. i am the happiest because i am in a blanket cocoon as i type and it is most wonderful. 🥰 yet, it is tough being immortal… watching time go by and all the changes in the world. but this next immortal year, i want to say thank you to you all for supporting me, following along my silly adventures, and being so awesome. i am slow and tired and lazy and overwhelmed by dm inboxes and a great procrastinator lol but i hope i can bring amusement and fun to you as you scroll online. 🥳 i hope you all have a wonderful sunday today!

star wars has been a part of my life since before i was born. i have never not loved star wars. i love the universe and its lore and the characters within it… and i won’t deny, when it comes to the movies it’s 1-6 (and rogue one) that i rewatch, not the sequels. but i have no hate in my heart, we know what that leads to.
i sadly realize that somehow i have lost this cosplay and i recognize that i must remake it. i am so bummed about it but that’s okay. in the meantime… you might see princess leia and i team up again soon regardless. 👀 finally.

i don’t think i realized that this cosplay and this shoot would be the last time i looked at cosplay normally, or myself for that matter. so much has changed since new york comic con but i really enjoyed this shoot so much as well as this cosplay. and i had so many big plans and dreams for him… maybe they’re closer than i think. 👀🗡️

selfie party from day 1 of my 9th time guesting at emcon anime festival. 🥹 this con is very special because i’ve met so many young cosplayers who have grown up and evolved into amazing and talented people. one of the main focuses of my cosplay career is to motivate and inspire cosplayers: the next generation, veterans, and everyone in between. it means the world to me to be able to help my community. these events, they’re not about me and helping up my resume or anything — they’re about the attendees, and seeing everyone transform with their cosplay and creativity.
i’m looking so forward to tomorrow’s cosplay contest; everyone always brings in their a game and it’s so fun to witness. in the meantime, it’s burrito and rest time for me 💕

today we’re rewinding back to 2019 to my pink chun-li cosplay because obviiiii i grew up selecting her pink attire instead of the original blue. pink is my favorite color so i had to deviate — i also specifically asked the seamstress “pls make my puff sleeves their own weapons. i want to induce fear with every part of me.”
i grew up playing a lot of video games i probably shouldn’t have, but no regrets. i finally saw the trailer for the new street fighter movie and honestly it’s like … this perfect blend of 90s cringe, real life, cgi, and wtf? personally, i loved it. we’ll see the final result in october of course, but im really excited. and i mean… leave me alone, my man cody is in it so i will be watching (disrespectfully 😍).
