After countless drafts, late-night planning sessions, moments of doubt, and bursts of inspiration... my first short film is finally here.
'Almost' was filmed in a single day - one of those shoots where everything felt impossible until suddenly it wasn't. It's a project that pushed me creatively and personally, and reminded me why storytelling has always mattered to me.
This film, created for Tropfest, added both pressure and purpose, becoming the perfect challenge to create something that I've always wanted to do for years.
It also marks the first film under Lionback Productions - the beginning of a creative home where I hope to tell many more personal and meaningful stories in the years ahead.
Thank you to the entire cast and crew for being part of my first chapter. I'm eternally grateful to you. Here's to many more 🎬

The Best SXSW Sydney by far! So great to connect with nearly 400 people with my Baybayin icebreaker. It was truly lovely meeting and getting to know each and every one of you!
