Breaking Ground in Winnetka!
Riverside Investment & Development Company is proud to work with JPMorganChase and the Village of Winnetka on the exciting redevelopment at 791 Elm Street, a site rich with history dating back to Winnetka’s first bank in 1894.
The new three-story building will feature 8,500 square feet of retail banking space on the ground floor and 18,000 square feet of corporate office space on the upper levels. Thoughtfully designed by Gensler to honor Winnetka’s historic charm while bringing a modern edge, the site will also include 31 parking spaces, 24 of which are underground.
