Designed by Goettsch Partners, this 30-story, Class A office tower located in Denver’s vibrant LoDo and west downtown neighborhoods delivers 700,000 square feet of premier office space across 24 floors with convenient in-building parking and 10,000 square feet of destination ground-floor retail.
1900 Lawrence redefines the workplace experience with seamless connections between indoor and outdoor spaces. The building’s stepped massing creates 11 private tenant terraces, while every floor offers stunning views of the Front Range, Coors Field, and Skyline Park. The amenities feature operable glass walls leading to an expansive 10,000-square-foot terrace and include a state-of-the-art fitness center and golf simulator, a versatile conference and boardroom facility, and a hospitality-level lounge. A unique highlight of the project is Denver’s highest pickleball court, located on a rooftop activity deck overlooking the region.
The building lobby spans the full 19th Street block and is a natural extension of the outdoor environment. A striking full-height folded travertine wall anchors the arrival experience, evoking the natural beauty of Denver’s nearby mountains.

Riverside is excited to announce that we have signed our first tenant at 1900 Lawrence in Denver. 1900 Lawrence will be welcoming the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and they will occupy 31,000 square feet on the 30th floor.
1900 Lawrence is a “Class A” 30-story office tower located at the confluence of the West CBD and LoDo submarkets, one of Denver’s fastest-growing neighborhoods. Vertical construction is now underway, and when completed in Q2 2024 the building will offer tenants easy access to Union Station and Interstate-25, with a Walkscore of 96, Transit Score of 98, and Bike Score of 95.
