A Letter from us. 10 years. Countless memories. And now, a new beginning. ✨ We felt like it was time to write a letter to all our friends to share some news and share our heartfelt gratitude to all who have supported us along the way. The letter can be found in this post. It’s been a year of beautiful collaborations and “ordinary miracles.” To celebrate and make space for our new chapter in 2026, we are hosting a PRIVATE STUDIO SALE (samples and rugs) early in the new year for our community. 💌 DM us for exclusive access. Thank you for cheering us on since 2015. Here’s to finding beauty in the movement of the everyday.

Presented during Milan Design Week 2026 at Alcova, “Garden of Hope” by Rive Roshan (@riveroshan ) , an Amsterdam-based practice founded by Ruben de la Rive Box (@rubendelarivebox ) and Golnar Roshan, set in the Hangar of the Baggio Military Hospital. Here, a space shaped by early 20th-century military history is reimagined as a place for peace, reflection, and openness. Three monolithic structures with coloured glass marquetry panels rise from the ground, activating the surrounding landscape through reflection and refraction. Within these structures, moving light elements—developed by Studio Ravenhorst—translate the frequencies and rhythms of a Persian anthem of resistance and hope into a dynamic visual choreography, based on a version of the song performed by Nava, an AI-generated Iranian singer created by Farbod Mehr. A project that reflects the duo’s research into light, colour, space, and material as drivers of immersive, perception-shifting experiences. 📸Photo Courtesy Rive Roshan #ATMOSFERAMag #lightingdesign #riveroshan #alcova #installationart #lightingdesign

As the sun sets on Milan Design Week, the reality of being back in our studio invites necessary reflection. Amidst the noise and rush of new launches, many visitors asked us: why the Garden of Hope? Why bring such an artistic, performative work into this specific context? It’s a vital question, and one we continuously ask ourselves. For us, a design week must be more than just a marketplace of the ‘new’, it must act as a mirror. It should be a platform for true introspection, a moment to pause, reflect on the fragile world around us, and hold space for a future that doesn’t ignore our present reality. Right now, what we are starved for is connection. We must weave our shared humanity back into our physical surroundings. By anchoring our installation around Nava, an AI entity who bridged isolated souls during a time of devastating crisis, we envisioned a metaphor for this exact need. Garden of Hope isn’t the launch of a functional product it is a provocation of ideas and an invitation to understand that our visceral response to beauty and inspiration is the most profoundly human trait we have even if delivered through technology. We are looking to connect with those who aren’t afraid to face the future and reflect on challenging questions with an optimistic vision of what humans can achieve. — Garden of Hope was a site-specific installation at @alcova.milano during @milan.design.week 2026 The project was produced with the technical support and lighting of @studio_ravenhorst and @stanbekker A special thanks to @studio_ravenhorst for the support in bringing this installation to life. With light choreography made by @designandpractice to the voice of @nava_null by @farbocl
