Trust is more important than ever. After helping companies around the world rebuild their hiring processes, Empowered shifted focus to reshaping workplace culture. To support their new Keynote, we created a research-driven social campaign that highlights what their clients value most. We turned insights into high-energy stories that spark conversations, showcase Empowered’s new services, and give audiences actionable ways to improve their work environment. By focusing on small, meaningful changes, the campaign not only raised brand awareness but also drove measurable business impact, proving that culture isn’t just feel good, it’s good for business. Stangers in Work Clothes The People Puzzle isn’t a typical workshop and the project couldn’t feel typical either. After developing a research-driven team experience inside a historic Victorian space, Nigel needed more than coverage. He needed a brand film that captured the depth of the experiment and reinforced his positioning. By immersing ourselves in the environment, we shaped a clear narrative arc of turning complex ideas into a story with movement and emotional weight. Beyond the hero spot, we created supporting cuts designed for social and email distribution, extending the story across platforms. The result is a distinctive content system that helps Nigel communicate what makes his work different and stand out in a category filled with predictable learning and development content.
