In this workshop, I will provide a floorwork foundation with the emphasis on softness and articulation of the body. Whilst Poca @alteredpoca , will spice it up in a sensual and fun choreo. ‘𝙼𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚝𝚊𝚒𝚗 𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚎𝚜’ She waits as the mist slowly lifts, a white, dense blanket softening the stone beneath, as if the world is still holding its secrets close. She sits while the wind whispers her name, leaves trembling in their own breath, a gentle rustle of uncertainty, while trees cling deeper to the earth that carries them. Time breathes slowly around her, each moment stretched, each sound muted. She stays as if she is frozen in time, knowing that when she leaves, her footprints will wash away, she knows that, sometimes staying is, the only way to move forward. #mountaintalesseries
