This season we wanted to honour our team for all their hardwork and special talents. Freezone is an organisation led from the heart by a tight-knit group of very special individuals. She has been with Free Bodies since its beginnings as rehearsal director of the programme. Her work is characterised by her human approach and her authentic way of guiding dancers through the work. She sees people as a whole and seeks to help them find their own truth in both her classes and creations.
