I introduced a resolution to protect the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP), an important tool that helps address pollution in environmental justice communities.
The Trump Administration’s rollback of the GHGRP will leave communities like mine in the San Fernando Valley unprepared to address the harmful impacts of climate change.
I will continue fighting to protect our environmental justice communities from Trump’s reckless polluter first agenda.
With the $850,000 I secured in federal funding, the Los Angeles Fire Department and the Sylmar community will be better equipped for emergencies and wildfire response.
This investment for a new fire station in Sylmar will cut emergency response times by half, giving firefighters the resources and support they need to respond when every second matters.

He couldn't answer. It is clear that Trump wants to continue selling off our public lands and waters to polluting billionaire donors while environmental justice communities suffer.

Kids from all backgrounds saw what the Artemis II crew accomplished and are excited about going to space and exploring the far reaches of our solar system.

Hands4Hope in North Hollywood offers after-school enrichment and resource services for families across the Valley.
I toured Hands4Hope to learn from staff about the work they do to support programs for CA-29 families.
I will keep fighting to ensure our youth have access to programs that support their growth and help them reach their full potential.

I dropped off conchas at the Kaiser in Mission Hills to thank the nurses for all they do and provide them with an update on my work to protect healthcare.
