We had so much fun hanging out with @a_butterplace today!! Their butter is seriously so delicious, made here in Seattle from Jersey cows and churned fresh each week! They have plain and salted, and also make the most amazing flavors - like cacio e pepe, peach pie, blackberry sage, hot honey harissa and Cajun miso! Thank you to everyone who stopped by! They alternate weekends at the Capitol Hill Farmers Market and the West Seattle Farmers Market, go stop by!🧈🥳

We are so excited to close out the CRUMB tour with an added stop this Sunday!! To celebrate issue 1, and their feature in the magazine, @a_butterplace is making their delicious take & bake buttermilk biscuits with a pat of salted butter for their Capitol Hill Farmers Market booth! We’ll be popping by their booth this Sunday with copies of issue 1 (and to get some of those biscuits)!!🧈

We’re so excited about the next stop on the CRUMB Tour - @bensbread_co !! They’ve created such a special crumb cake - inspired by @polina.chesnakova ’s burnt honey cake (Polina was also featured in issue 1)! This burnt honey and cream cake is topped with a blackberry jam and finished with salted malted crumb! YOU MUST go try it at Ben’s Bread on Monday March 30th! P.S. you can also grab the magazine there - which has the recipe for their UNREAL sourdough English muffins!🥳✨🍯

Saltadena makes…coffee cake?!? Yes! Join us this Saturday as we celebrate the launch of us carrying @readcrumb magazine. 😍😍😍 We will have this super tasty coffee cake with the most addictive crumb topping for ~one day only~, plus a special slice, copies of the magazine to purchase, and more! If you’re unfamiliar, @readcrumb is a print magazine highlighting chefs, recipes, bakeries, brands & people in pastry. It’s put together and published by super woman @emilyk3 , one of the co-founders of @thepastryproject_ . I’m so excited to be carrying something so rad in print, and the fact that it’s made locally in Seattle is even better! Join us Saturday before you attend the rally and hit up @wonderzmarket . 😘

The @kemidessertbar x CRUMB Yuzu Biscoff Crumb Cake is so good!! The biscoff is perfectly sweet and balanced by the yuzu’s zing! It’s super moist, with a crunchy crumb! They’re serving it through tomorrow. Go try it and grab some rice krispie treats and cookies while you’re there! We love Kemi Dessert Bar, thank you so much for being a part of the CRUMB Tour!!✨

CRUMB TOUR!!!!! 🤩😱 Super excited to be the next stop on @readcrumb ‘s bakery tour! We’ll be serving up a very special crumb cake for you all—Yuzu Biscoff Crumb Cake! It’s a super moist and tender vanilla cake with a generous swirl of tart yuzu curd and Biscoff spread. It’s then topped with a cinnamon-y crumb topping, yuzu icing and more Biscoff!! It’s so good. Like so good 🤩🤩🤩 We’ll be serving these on Sat, 3/21 and Sun, 3/22 until sold out. Very limited quantities on both days, so don’t sleep in too long! 😆

It’s Pi Day!! So we’re sharing about one of our favorite pie people - @lokokitchen ! Lauren makes pies that are truly works of art. They’re so creative and delicious, and each recipe includes a design element that makes it extra special. Lauren shared her recipe for a peanut butter mousse tart with a funfetti oreo crust and apple knit design with us. It’s from her book 𝙋𝙞𝙚𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙮! We shared this recipe in today’s substack - it’s also in issue 1!🥧

This traditional German treat is made with soft brioche, filled with a chamomile ganache and topped with burnt honey almonds! We can’t wait for you to try it!!🍯🐝🍰
