every Sunday from now on, you can find us serving warm pastries and cinnamon rolls out of the new space! after lots of planning on this partnership, we were very grateful to be able to have this opportunity with the miero team in creating such a welcoming environment and helping us grow a passion project into a growing small business.
we’ve created a space where you can grab some of our pastries and rolls to go along with miero’s drinks to start your week right. first soft opening drop is this sunday 2/8 so stay tune for that:)

MOTHER’S DAY CINNAMON ROLL 🍓🍰 been up since 6am cranking out almost 200 rolls today for mothers day! thank you everyone who came out and got a roll and hopefully for their moms! couldnt have done it without my mom she comes out every sunday when i bake! made some banana bread for those who showed up early cause i knew thered be some wait 🙌

first bakes of the month at our bakery window 🪟 ⭐️
weathers been getting a lot nicer in seattle, more sun and cinnamon rolls to start off the sunday morning! been receiving lots of love for on the new may flavors so i’ve been trying to make more extras day of for those who didn’t get a chance.
also next presale starts this wednesday again at 11am but im anticipating a quicker sellout since pick up will be on mothers day morning knowing people are getting them as gifts!

introducing our caramelized onion garlic cheese rolls 🧅🧀🧄
heres our savory flavor for may! organic onions that i’ve caramelized down to a deep sweet flavor thats put inside and on top of the rolls including gruyere and mozzarella cheese and all topped off with a garlic parsley butter glaze!
one of the best flavorful rolls that ive made in the savory series! there will also be flavored cream cheese dips to go with it this roll.

starting right off ive been really enjoying making the brown butter rolls recently and tried a pistachio brown butter version! it gives a rich nutty taste and it might be my favorite one yet!
MANGO STICKY RICE ROLL !! one of my favorite desserts growing up and perfect for aapi month! i got some fresh honey mangos now that its in season and made some coconut cream frosting and toasted rice crisp!!

what a month of baking! april has by far been the busiest month, preorder sellouts in 10 mins, and the new and improved dough that are now my best cinnamon rolls yet!

finally here’s our savory flavor of the month, HOT HONEY RICOTTA PIZZA ROLL 🍕🍯
pizza has to be my top three favorite foods and i always get it everywhere i go including a side of hot honey 😋 i got this inspo from a pizza i tried in chicago and the ricotta on pizza makes it even better. there will also be dips available including a side of homemade ranch!
this is only the first savory flavor but I might add another later this month. preorders for the first april drop on sunday starts wednesday 4/1 at 11am!

The first cake I’ve ever baked was a carrot cake so I’ve been waiting to release a carrot cake cinnamon roll topped but made even better with brown butter frosting.
bringing in our lemon crumble cinnamon roll, a bright and zesty flavor, now that we’re getting more sun!
as always the crowd favorite classic roll will always stay on the menu :)

last week for our garlic cheese rolls! and all other march flavors 🙌 glad everyone likes the banana bread roll as much as i do hehe! also ive been testing a new dough recipe this month and seems to be more fluffythan ever and have heard everyone has enjoyed it!!

a moment for our BLUEBERRY and BROWN BUTTER BANANA CINNAMON ROLLS! 🤩🫐🍌 made using organic blueberries and browned eurporean butter that takes this rolls up a notch making them a crowd favorite for the month!
these will be available this weekend and one last time at the end of the month (skipping 3/22 since i’ll be on break!)
