Trying to find words is difficult because words will always fail us at the higher levels.
It was never my intention or dream to come to Antarctica, but man, looking back, I can see the pattern unfolding before my eyes; how the universe is leading me deeper and deeper into the monadic spiral through exploration of ancient landscapes — Antarctica being the most untouched in our lifetimes
Gaia is showing me where the energy in this vast Earthly system lies — through her wind-swept landscape she teaches me about resilience, courage, regeneration, rebirth & light. Mostly, though — surrender.
Many people have messaged me saying it’s been their lifelong dream to come to Antarctica. Just that alone makes me appreciate the magnitude of what is being discovered here.
And yet, to me it doesn’t even feel like a discovery at all.
It feels like a remembering.
A kind of subliminal concussion of consciousness being reminded of Her true self: the eternal, ever lasting nature of Nature. God. Truth. Trust. Wisdom. Unconditional Love.

The Man Behind South Africa’s Regenerative Farming Movement: @thefarmerangus
Over a year in the making, and years in the manifesting: this short documentary on Angus McIntosh and his regenerative farm in South Africa has finally come to life
It fills me with great joy to have birthed this before I leave for the bottom of the world for the next 3 months. What a wild, crazy journey. I’m filled with both the utmost joy and also the utmost amounts of humility. Documentaries are hard. But farmings harder.
This film made me realise how much goes into the great doccy’s I’ve watched over the years. It’s hard. Real hard. But like nature, regeneration requires destruction and death to birth something new into the world — farming has taught me more about life than any medicine or therapist ever will.
Please, if you feel called, watch it. Share it. Link is in my bio. Ubuntu.
