Had the loveliest Mother’s Day- slept in before a beach day with my boys, spoiled with cards and flowers and treats. Thanks @dadavidcoe 😘 I’m so very loved- and grateful beyond words that Asher’s able to tell me so for the first time this year. 😭😍 Hoping all the mamas out there were properly feted today- happy Mother’s Day! I’m in awe of the many incredible mothers I have the privilege to know, love, learn from and mother alongside. For mothers everywhere, I’m wishing so much joy in this calling. I’m dreaming of a world where affordable childcare, paid maternal leave and universal healthcare are not policy notes but reality. More than ever, I’m so grateful for the science and reproductive freedom that afforded me the choice of motherhood, as it should always be. I’m always mindful of those for whom today is not a celebration. My heart hurts with women separated from their children, especially by borders and brutal governments- I remain fixated on the women unjustly detained at Dilley detention center, away from their families. Yeah, I am.” One of the most epic looks from the first movie, it’s inspired more than a few outfits over the last decade, and was the obvi choice to inspire my @themaniclub screening mani- matte black, gold chains, fierce af. I’ll always love the boomerang of a fave movie coming back for part two, but I manage my expectations for sequels - and it serves me well! The film a great excuse for fun nails and fits, and felt like a reunion with dear old friends. 👠🖤

We went to Mexico City last week for our little sister’s wedding and had some pretty fabulous food and ‘fits along the way, so wanted to kick off with some of the hits. A carousel can’t hold it all, so I’m sharing more on stories too! 1- herbed cactus consommé at @em.rest We did the tasting menu at EM and it was a top ten lifetime meal, for sure. Adored every course and the way they highlighted hyperlocal produce, seafood, and the flavors of Veracruz. 2- elote, huitlacoche con cafe 3- local catch with avocado and caviar 4- Mama and mini @showmeyourmumu 💫 This not-so-little boy really does have a smile that lights up a whole room. We all went out to dinner at @entremarmx … 5- and this was us 10 minutes after my first tostada atún... off for fresh air in Plaza Uruguay 🤪 6- 👗 @ensaison 📍 parque España 7- give an island gyal a street coco and she can conquer the world — even better with a new sister in law for company @tatigrimes 😘 8- @farmrio at @restauranterosetta was beautiful and delicious, with impeccable @ginori1735 for me to fawn over. Four women have come forward describing similar patterns of alleged misconduct, including: – A former staffer who alleges rape while she was heavily intoxicated – Others describing unwanted physical contact, explicit messages, and photos sent without consent The reporting includes corroboration of key details through texts, medical records, and people they told at the time. He denies the allegations. But this is bigger than one person. This is about whether “trust women” actually means something or if we only say it when it’s easy. Because if it disappears when it’s inconvenient, when it’s someone on our side, when it costs us something… then we never meant it at all. We cannot say we trust women and then elevate men accused of harming them. This is the line. And we don’t look away. Eric Swalwell should drop out. No more predators in power. Period.
