Hey thank you guys so so much for all of the love on Honey. It truly means the world. I want to take a moment to share the beautiful cover art by @lissyellelaricchia , and s/o to Ross Fish (not on IG anymore - aka Moffenzeef Modular / also of @4ms_company ) who co-produced/mixed Honey, as well as most of the album & mastered Attention. I also wanted to share a little metric that has lifted my spirits. I put so much of my soul into my art, and although the love/integrity is the most important thing - sometimes it's very hard not to care about if people actually discover your work. My listeners have more then doubled from a month ago after releasing Compliment & Honey. It's really made me feel hopeful after a long time of honestly feeling pretty frustrated with all the hurdles in the way of having people actually find my music. Over the last month I have had words written about me that have been flattering beyond measure (ty especially to @isaaccrownphoto / @metal_magazine & @stereogum ) and comments that have made me actually lol. A little silly but I feel like I should share that the evening of Compliment premiere / album announcement with METAL I was biking over the Williamsburg bridge to "What you waiting for" by Gwen Stefani (such a banger) and had a cathartic lil cry. It feels really great to be here, I love making music, I love shooting photos, I love creating videos, I love playing live. I am so lucky. I would not be here with out my loved ones / creative collaborators (I will be doing a full / very long thank you post on this but you know who you are) or without everyone who is listening / sharing / supporting my art. I am currently in LA cooking up something special with @mallen.wav - so there's more where that came from! I am over the moon to be sharing the full record with you in a little over a month. "Attention" is out May 29th, and I hope I will see you all @elsewherespace on May 31st to celebrate.
