Bombay Premier Cru Gin - Strawberry Vermouth - Martini Bitter - 3x Strawberry
Aaah, the Negroni! A true cocktail classic, already made in a million different varieties!
Here we’ll use strawberry in threefold : maceration, distillation, imitation
🍓 Maceration : strawberries are macerated at room temperature in a blend of fortified wines to create a superfruity style vermouth.
🍓 Distillation : we macerate strawberries for quite sometime in vodka before re-distilling them into a pure strawberry essence.
🍓 Imitation : we “imitate” strawberry flavour by combing La Venenosa Raicilla “Sierre Del Tigre” (which basically tastes like strawberry yoghurt) with absinthe (for the green notes)
Garnished with a sancho pepper straight from our herb garden 🌿
All of this meticulously combined creates one heck of a negroni that you’ll find on our new BAR RAN’S CLASS OF 26 menu later this month 😍

This weekend marked the second edition of the Brussels Bar Show.
A bar show from a small country yet a country that brings together four linguistic communities, a rare diversity, culture richness.
A show that feels more human, more authentic.
And still, one that already shines far beyond its borders 🚀
A second chapter for CREAM hub, the union of three communities, three bars acting as ambassadors of the BBS.
Three identities that chose to set aside their logos and visual codes to become ONE.
One collective. One energy.

Two days. 2.500 visitors. 64 exhibitors. 275+ brands. 21 countries. 25.000 glasses. 6.000 kg of ice. And energy that no number can capture.
Once again, proof of how tight-knit this community is. Brussels Bar Show is a tribute to the bar scene. A close community of colleagues and friends. And you showed up. Twice. With everything you had.

As we enter the final weeks of our Celestial Menu, we’re taking a moment to celebrate some of our standout favourites. Fermi Bubbles has been one of the true crowd-pleasers: bright orange notes from Cointreau layered with the herbaceous complexity of Purple Shiso and a splash of Midi Ruby Rush—our all-time favourite non-alcoholic ingredient (Belgian btw!). Topped with a beautiful Champagne and served in a frozen Svev coupe, it’s vibrant, elegant, and utterly delicious
What a great 2 days in Amsterdam for the opening of @shakerato_bar ! A huge huge thank you to @ericvanbeek.carino & @rurraca and the whole team to make us feel so welcome, what a great team and bar.
