I look forward to be able to speak much more of our edible heritage, the wealth of nature and foraging, the alchemy of fermention, the ritual and dramaturgy of eating, what food does for our bodies and minds. And to make more crosspollinations with the talents in the team.

Hi everyone!
I am Natalie, the instigator and flavourist of @bron_botanicalfermentedtea .
My favourite way of getting to know the world and all things and beings in it, is through the senses - with smell, taste and touch first. Since my early childhood I wander around forest, fresh and seawater and new countries, on the search of scents and flavours that trigger memories, emotions.
Out of this love of the sensitive - in combination with the cerebral and the artistic - the two companies @elder_lab and @bron_botanicalfermentedtea were born. With BRON, our aspiration is to make non-alcoholic pairings that take you to places you had nearly forgotten. something intimate, introvert. a cabin in the mountains, a coastal breeze in Italy, drying hay in an August field.
Why don’t you come in, have a sneak peak in our lab. We normally work underground - in silence and concentration, but once in a blue moon you can visit us on open brewery days, and buy our limiteds and one offs.

L’une de ces dernières réalisations pour @timboury fonctionnent magnifiquement avec notre dernier Furikake Austral .

Voor wie ons nog niet (goed) kent:
BRON wordt gebrouwen in een ambachtelijke microbrouwerij in Antwerpen Noord. In onze labobrouwerij werken we aan een unieke botanische gefermenteerde thee met diepgang en zachte zuren, een volwassen smaakcomplexiteit zonder alcohol, op basis van een gewijzigde kombuchacultuur met hoogwaardige thees, kruiden, planten en specerijen.
Founder en flavourist Natalie van ELDER Lab staat aan het roer van het smaaklaboratorium, waar elk seizoen een reeks toegankelijke (collection) en meer avontuurlijke (selection) smaken worden bedacht, getest en geproefd tot ze geëvalueerd worden als gebalanceerd, spannend en tegelijk toegankelijk.
BRON wordt lokaal geproduceerd met ingrediënten bewust gekozen op basis van volgende kwaliteiten: hoogstaand, kleinschalig, duurzaam en sociaal geëngageerd.
We creëren avontuurlijke smaken voor genieters van het betere gastronomische leven. Zonder alcohol, boordevol smaakcomplexiteit.
