I grew up building houses with these two gems in Haywood County, NC 🏡 Over a 30 year span, Mom and Dad built a couple hundred quality houses here in the mountains of Western North Carolina through their company, Tara~Nova Construction. Reelin’ in moments to remember while volunteering at @haywoodwaterways Association’s third annual fishing tournament 🎣 The venue on the Pigeon River and Lake Logan was gorgeous and the turn out was great! I judged section #4 which was the hot spot of the day 🌊 There were 7 teams total in the tournament on the river and a super solid showing over at the kids clinic on Lake Logan!!! Afterward we reconvened for lunch, raffle prizes and of course the 🏆🎣 Much love to the big sponsors @cataloocheeranch and @mvfs_2022 , thank you kindly to all the other volunteers and HWA’s director @pfunk_828 — I can’t imagine a better person on Earth to steward our waters and then of course a special shoutout to my good friend Ben with @fixedlineappalachia who showed up and always knows how to share the stoke of adventure!!! #nc #wnc #haywoodcounty #pigeonriver
