Egg foo young meets sweet and sour shrimp in our third course of our Spring tasting. A crispy prawn pancake brushed with a kumquat sweet & sour glaze, topped off with crispy garlic. On a side sits a tianmian aioli, made from fermented wheat and beans to smooth out the punchy kumquat and sweet prawns.

Our Spring menu opener starts with a buttery hamachi sitting in a soy vinaigrette. Topped off with fermented strawberry and Fresno chili. Finished with just a little bit of dill. Refreshing and punchy, this dish is the perfect way to start your R&R experience.
