I’ve known Emily for about three years now, and she’s just one of those people I’ve always trusted to walk in and make the night better.
She’s got way better taste in music than me, always knows how to keep things fun, and somehow keeps everyone’s energy up - especially mine when I’m dragging halfway through service.
What I appreciate most is that nothing about her feels forced. She just does her thing and the whole room feels it.
And yeah…. She also happens to be a really talented architect!

A new menu starts Thursday.
The room’s been feeling especially good lately — 26 seats, lights low, music on, the windows a little fogged up once service gets going. It’s small enough that you can hear the pass, see plates come together, feel the rhythm of the night.
The new menu leans into early spring. A little lighter, a little brighter, but still grounded. Four courses, a few choices along the way. Nothing overworked. Just thoughtful cooking and attention where it counts.
If you’ve been, you know the pace. If you haven’t, this is a good one to start with.
$90 per person.

Last week’s blizzard forced us to postpone, but good things are worth waiting for.
Our collaboration dinner with Ram & Rooster has officially been rescheduled for March 15th at 6PM — and we’re excited to finally bring this one to the table.
It’ll be the same thoughtful, ingredient-driven menu we had planned, the same collaborative spirit, just with a little extra anticipation behind it. Nights like this don’t come around often.
