throwing it back to my directorial debut; dead man walking🧟♂️
this was an assignment we had while on an international study tour to madrid, a trip which changed my life. the end product is living in the files forever, probably never going to see the light of day as is.
BUT this project was such a hustle and i respect everyone who was involved, regardless of if it was just for a passing grade or not. we had TEN hours to shoot a whole short film over 2 days, and less than eight hours to edit it.
i learnt a lot about myself, and the stories i want to tell as a creative. i can’t thank @hunterauld_ enough for teaching me what it is i want to bring to storytelling as a director.
anyway, you’ll never see this short film, but i’m excited to share with the world the crazy wonderful things i have cooking 👩🏽🍳
