Big love to everybody who pulled up. Shout out to @piscespours , she really killed that shit (you definitely learned your French rap, R&B, bouyon and shatta lessons 😂). Shout out to the moms, the whole staff, and @liseandvito for the opportunity ❤️ Stay tapped in for the next one. 1- Croque Madame on a Croissant. A nice pillow that brings you comfort and love like a Mum 2- A warm Asparagus and Potato salad, with Sauce Poulette, who is a chicken stock that reduced with white wine and onions, i added shrooms and ends of white asparagus to give a light bitter kick and dont waste these beautiful produce. I’ve made a foam with it and kicked it with mirin and rice vinegar to use as a dressing and some burnt onion powder on the top to bring a light smokiness. A great connection between an iconic potato salad but this one is seasonal and with a french touch 3- Bouillabaisse stock highly concentrated, with a Shrimp toast. In France we always like to deep our bread into any type of Jus, shellfish like Mussels or Fish soup. So it just make so much sense to bring this Shrimp toast ( there was dover sole and scallop in the mix ) that is super popular here and pair it with this bouillabaisse jus. Served with a saffron Rouille for sure 4-Devils Eggs. Its an interpretation of our french staple Egg/Mayo. I still dont understand how you can sell some eggs mayo 24$ for one egg cut in 2 in this city, i think its even worst than a 40$ half chicken but 🤷‍♂️. So i wanted to prove that you can do it great, with a ramp mayo, a ginger mayo and a salsa macha (yes 3 sauces cause we greedy) to bring the devil kick, for a regular price with free range eggs and seasonal produces 5. Fraises Tagada Fraise tagada are a staple candies that we all ate at least one time as a kid. I wanted to do something with strawberries but as i had some challenges with space, utensils plates and prices i had to find something easy but smart and tasty. I soaked fresh strawberries in a light syrup for a whole night, to give strawberries a sooooft texture like that remind you a marshmallow. And then i rubbed them in a mix of coconut sugar brown sugar and citrus acid. A delightful natural candy

Pulled up here to chill with a friend but you can go on a boujee date, that is the vibe. The French Dip was on point the jus had depth, nice body to it. Pizza rolls were fire too, love the shape, super fun. 2. @gigicurryandnoodlebar
Crazy good. Lowkey my favorite spot this month. Broth was rich and spicy, noodles perfectly chewy and soft. Service was warm. Straight up decadent. And honestly, super affordable. Playlist was hitting too. 3. Sunny and Annie Deli
Been wanting to check this spot forever.
Really loved it (never thought I’d have a melon sando in my life). I don’t even like melon like that, but you gotta try things. And yeah… it worked. Super well balanced. Sandwich is HUGE though, come hungry or split it. Then slide over to that cute little park next door, Creative Little Garden on 530. 4. @barchucho.nyc
Already loved Corima and Vato, so when I saw they opened a bar, I had to pull up.
Cocktails are solid, simple, effective. Bartender’s got great energy, good vibes all around, service on point. Snacks hit too. Special shoutout to the Chilindrina — don’t see that much yet. Was talking about it with my boy @pigporkswine , we wanted to run one for a pop-up. I’m telling you, it’s about to outshine tostadas hype — light, crispy, puffed… so good. 5. @pinchchinese
First time there. My friend @piscespours took me and told me I HAD to try one thing.
She knows me it was the bacon egg and cheese dumplings. Usually brunch-only, but you know… she got connections haha. I love this kind of fusion a NYC classic BEC flipped into another classic from Chinese cuisine. Big community here, so it just makes sense. Straight banger. Wine list is solid as hell. 6. @littlegrenjai
Finally tried that burger that had crazy hype a couple years ago.
Super good patty, really well balanced, nice Thai flavors coming through. Definitely a sandwich you won’t find anywhere else. That duck fried egg on top? Yeah… crazy. Only available for lunch though.

Missing ones are always wrong ! Cooking with the fam was a whole vibe, it started off a little sideways, but we pulled it together. Bellies full, hearts even fuller, and we already hyped for the next round. I really missed cooking vegan like that, it keeps you on your toes and gets the creativity flowing heavy. Thanks for that @glory_kabe and @orfeoranieri Some of the dishes - Young green coconut Ceviche x Taro x Coconut Leche de tigre - Plantain pasta x Cashew Ricotta x Dendê sauce - Snap peas Sesame Salad x Chili Crisp Oil
