Just wrapped filming my first indie short, Peta Joy In…I’m Not A Lesbian 🫶
This started in the most cliche way possible—meeting on another set and going “let’s just make something fun and self-indulgent together,” but it grew so far beyond the shared google doc of random film things we love, and watching this breathe to life was so special. Thank you to Peta, Matthew, and Ian, my core team since day one—you’re not only the reason this exists, but the reason it is everything it is—and to the itty-bitty crew that made this more than a Google Drive folder. Can’t wait to share more with you all 💗

fav part of Queen Mary’s Garden was discovering AFTER we had soaked neila’s hair in it that our faux-afterbirth solution was lube for animal rectal exams!!!!!
Production Design for @kingstomachbk w/ @saffron_knight7 was genuinely unparalleled, for the books etc etc. The latex fetuses were worth the mild allergic reactions and so forth. Many excited giggles when I got to handle various bodily fluids. I <3 goop.

Production Design for Broken Record with the greatest ever @ella.infocus !!
After 8 months of painstaking design, strapping 26 people to a chair and watching as they pretend to be psychologically tortured, very slowly destroying a record with paper scissors to exactly match broken glass, and getting fake blood under my fingernails for probably the rest of time, my heart is so full. But cornball caption over. P.S. there is no way to look cool in protective eyewear with bangs.
