Ching Ming, Easter, and Sarahās birthday 2026 dedicated to my sister Sarah when we use to ride the big wheel down the hill. Thank you @traveling.cheeks Shai who got me to the last mile of this journey and meeting new friends @monysamneang there was no grand plan to execute. Part 2 Ok letās take away the dignity of Vicha and make him into a faceless victim of violence. Maybe Grampa Vicha was 84 and but he looked 55 so the judge had to throw out that evidence. You know that Asian blood.
This makes me think of the Jasper Wu Trial where the judges who didnāt have as progressive views as the DA got file for send back the cause cause he thought it was too lenient.
Did San Francisco get all their judges replace too?

They couldnāt show picture of Grampa Vicha and they said you couldnāt tell his age from the video. So what if Grampa Vicha was a 35 year old Muay Thai fighter from Thailand who ran Muay Thai school in San Francisco who took a side step and clotheslined the guy and knock him back and he busted the back of his open on the concrete. Who would get charged and for what? Would Vicha go to trial for involuntary manslaughter? Or would he be let go but get a civil suit and have to pay damages and sell his school.
As I end this for now, I hear Eddy Grant Electric Avenue playing in my mind.
Part 1 Getting a little PTSD with this case.
This is what I learned from my mom and sister Sarah trial.
The Trial for my mom and sister took 8 years to get to court. Longest trail to go to court in the History of Alameda County at that time.
***the defense pushes it got as long it it can go for people to forget and in this case till The Asian Hate died done***
The DA at that time pushed for the Death Penalty when the Death Penalty was started to get pushed back already. She wanted 1st degree with Death Penalty on the first trial so she could tied the next 3 cases with the same charge. When the jury decided Life with no possibility of parole. She let someone else do prosecuting.
How is the DA able to Charge 1st degree murder on this case? Thereās no way to be prove that. The intent for this trial was to fail. This was second degree all the way.
The Superior Court Judge who presided over this case did not let the prosecution show any pictures of Vicha during the trial.
How do you not let a picture of an elderly man who is the victim on a charge of elderly abuse?
