I danced for THREE straight hours last night, and then started today with a glorious sound bath meditation/self guided yin yoga session thanks to amazing talent of @rootedvibration .
I’m 💯 a different person than I was going into the weekend. Sounds a bit much, but cosmically after that ♍️ new moon activation I had, plus Merc going direct… physical planes have shifted for ya girl. (You feeling it too!?)
Couldn’t have done it without everyone who showed up & esp to those that took all the time and energy to put these events and this space together. Mad love & respect to all y’all!

I was standing in the park tonight after everything was taken down and hauled away, taking a moment. Realizing I’ve been playing in this park for over 35 years, since I was a little boy 🌀Feeling the Full Circle vibe. Giving thanks to the 4 directions, the above the below and the within. I was overcome with such a sense of purpose and a strong remembering from spirit of what I’m here to do and be a part of. Of what’s really important.
