Excited about this Workshop Announcement that will be happening at the Hidden GEMini Gathering at @trinityhotsprings Activate Your Primal Voice : A somatic approach, with Sherika Tenaya @mz_grizzly208 Sherika Tenaya is a Certified Somatic Sex Educator & Sexological Bodyworker, Adjunct Faculty for the Institute of the Study of Somatic Sex Education, an 800 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 800), an Ordained Minister with the Universal Life Church, and Somatic Breathwork Facilitator. She is also a proud member of the Southern Sierra Miwuk Nation, Ahwahneechee Grizzly Clan. She is passionate about helping people reconnect to the most honest versions of themselves by bringing their conditioned beliefs and reactionary ways of being into the light of consciousness. Having been raised in a deeply oppressive religious environment, she seeks to remind each of her students that *they* are the source of their own power and inner authority, connected to a deep well of their own inner knowing. Using disciplines centered around embodiment, yoga, religious deconstruction work, consent, joyful fitness, meditation and earth-based spirituality, she helps people awaken to their truth, discern illusion from reality, remember their tribe, and come home to their bodies. Andrew Sheppard is an American singer-songwriter whose work blends rugged Western imagery with cinematic soulful Rock N’ Roll and deeply personal storytelling. Known for his evocative voice and restless creative spirit, Sheppard has spent the last several years expanding his sound far beyond the Americana roots that first put him on the map. Most recently, Sheppard embarked on an ambitious international recording journey, crafting a new full-length album across Paris, London, the United States, and New Zealand. The project brought him into the studio with world-renowned drummer Manu Katché and celebrated bassist Guy Pratt, capturing sessions at iconic locations including Roundhead Studios in Auckland, New Zealand—owned by the Finn Brothers of Crowded House. Though the album generated enormous creative momentum, production disagreements with the producer and label ultimately placed the release on hold indefinitely. Undeterred, Sheppard returned to the studio with renewed purpose, beginning a brand-new record at Hinge Studios in Boise, Idaho, marking the start of a fresh chapter. Now based once again in Los Angeles, Andrew Sheppard is preparing for his most prolific period yet. With new music already underway and multiple releases planned, he will embark on extensive touring throughout 2026, bringing his ever-evolving sound to audiences new and old. Luke’s dynamic live act includes playing a mixture of electronic and acoustic music while mixing in multiple live wind instruments and live drumming. Since the early 2000s, Luke has been devoted to building healing music community by releasing music, performing and producing events. Hundreds of music releases later, Luke has songs out with many of the biggest labels releasing deeper shades of house/techno and downtempo or bass music. The music reflects stories of love-driven culture and open-minded ideas. Depending on the crowd, Luke’s music can vary from being pretty and uplifting to dark and primal, which typically features melodic and atmospheric textures infused with a lot of emotion. Sprinkled with unusual sounds, unexpected twists, eclectic mix of global sounds, various tempos and grooves, it’s sometimes called experimental. We’re excited to welcome @jamieschwabl back to @trinityhotsprings for the Hidden GEMini Gathering June 5-7 Jamie Schwabl is a music lover, DJ and producer. She encompasses many different elements in her sound. Jamie’s upbeat, vivacious presence is contagious to all. Born and raised in Southern California, she developed her passion for performing at an early age. Jamie’s unique sound comes from adhering to many different tastes and styles of music throughout her life and found her groove as a Dj in deep house and techno. Diving into the world of production, Jamie enrolled in Los Angeles’ School of Audio Engineering in 2010. She continued to learn and grow by connecting with people who inspired her to master her craft. She formed Om Phonic, a partnership with one of her classmates, releasing tracks that were signed to German label, Shoes Bags and Boys. Later, Jamie made waves when she formed Wülfpack, releasing original tracks, remixes and producing music events and bi-weekly podcast, known as, Wülfcast. Jamie’s mastery at the decks is matched by her passion as a Reiki master. For Jamie, music is a healing tool to elevate one’s vibration. She embodies her energy healing work into her sets, using the crowd’s spirit as momentum. This music scene has long been in need of Jamie’s boldness and enthusiasm.
