Proud moment post ☺️.
This Thanksgiving was my first real dinner party. I cook all the time, but nothing formal… I just be throwing down on a random Tuesday.
Most of my friends & family know I care a lot about health through nutrition. But I’m also a Southern belle who loves home cooking, so I’ve been on a mission to remake our classics in a healthier way.
What I didn’t get to tell our guests is that everything on that table was plant-based, dairy free, or organically sourced — down to the butter 🌱. I don’t think they even noticed, but nobody had the itis after eating, so that tells you something.
I cooked for 8 guests and couldn’t be more proud. We didn’t have a single leftover. I’m glad I put plates aside for me and Ashley before setting the table. But the real sixth man was the blackberry sangria mojitos… my family tore those up lol.
And I can only do about two of these a year because honey… the stressssss. Whew!I literally lost a piece of a loc in the process, went to bed and it just fell out 😂😂😂.

Lock in twin 🤞🏾
Ever since @tracei__ and I met, we’ve been locked in creatively. I’ve built her website, created her stage graphics and album artwork, shot her music videos, and somehow ended up performing on stage with her too. She’s modeled my brand, styled shoots, and has been a Wellmade ambassador since day one.
So when she asked for a logo, it was a no-brainer. We got straight to work, and yes… I definitely went overboard. I think I gave her 15–25 logos to choose from (she chose all of them btw lol).
Testing this process with other creatives pushed me to start building a product within @wellmadellc that supports artist branding at an affordable cost. It will officially roll out in 2026, and this logo pack is a preview of what’s coming.

I’ve developed had a thing for castles: the architecture, the stories, the detail. So I pulled inspiration from that and built a few color palettes around it.
I’m trying to create content that actually connects to who I am as a designer, not just what’s trending. I’m Type A, detail-driven, and a little obsessed with history.

I used to sit there changing colors one by one like it was 2012 😂. Then I got hip to Global Colors and never looked back.
Now I can update everything in seconds and keep my workflow clean. Little stuff like this makes the whole design process smoother.
