Meet Leah Waring Byck! @princharming4
The moment we met Leah we were totally obsessed with the creative wellspring of their work. Drums, Drag, and Drawing is the simplified way of introducing an artist who's every action overflows with the intention of creation as a way of being.
Leah's beautiful painting was featured in Rosh, and can be viewed viewed on our website, but we hope you'll take a few minutes to meet Leah and the incredible work they do at... Well... Just about everything. Read the full article Pomegranatetent.com/leahbyck

🎶EP DROP🎵
On all streaming platforms now :)
It has been such an honor partnering with @greenpointgallery and @shawnjames390 I am forever grateful for the opportunity to record a live album. Thank you to my amazing band @rotaryghostmusic for collaborating with me and allowing me to pursue my music alongside ours. I couldn’t have gotten here without your support and your additions to my music.
Here it is, my first big news on this 2025 pride month. I am so excited for what’s to come, but for now happy pride and I hope you enjoy my live music! 😋❤️
Also, if you’d like to come hear some of the same songs, I will be playing and headlining at @greenpointgallery with @rotaryghostmusic on Friday, June 6th from 11pm-12am!!!!!
München (Munich) 🇩🇪
A small break from my studies (even though everything feels like my research), to see my Nora, some history, eat some pretzels, watch some river surfers and to see a new city. Danke schön München and muchas gracias Nora por todo ❤️
Italy moments that brought me peace and joy while continuing my journey navigating a PhD, Italian bureaucracy, finances and housing.
You can be inspired anywhere, you just have to look for it. Music done differently, furry grass patches, comfort food meals and good company is what the soul needs at a time like this.
I am feeling extremely grateful for the opportunities I have been awarded. Thank you so much @somad.nyc for seeing my vision in my project and for including it in your amazing space. What an honor to be part of such an amazing queer led gallery.
While this was happening in New York City, I was playing my first show simultaneously in Italy with my new band @tharpecycle
Thank you to my wonderful parents and friends for being so incredible and for showing up for my work when I can’t.
Thank you to @people_i_love__ for the gorgeous event photo
A PhD in the arts means a constant doubt that a process works, that what you’re doing is valuable enough, that the work you do is worth it. I am here to tell myself that it is, especially in these times. Little moments of chaos, little moments of rage and little moments of calm in between my constant hustling. 🎵⛰️
Thank you to everyone who came to my screening and for the constant support in my projects here in Bolzano.

Some incredibly breathtaking views, my first winter in Bolzano and some carnival shenanigans unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. White people are very unhinged, but at least it makes for some good research? 😂
Besides Italian bureaucracy, financing my studies and continuous shifts in living, everything is A-OK and truly grateful for the moments in between the chaos of living in a completely different place as I devote my life to new research.
“Convergence” by Leah Waring Byck holds four distinct balls—each one a piece of identity: queer sexuality, nonbinary gender, Jewish culture, and hidden disability/mental illness.
Created in 2022, the piece maps the daily juggle of these truths, where personal experience meets shared intersectionality. In their hand, a translucent fifth ball waits—undefined, still emerging.
Both mirror and map for overlapping selves.
