Light Up Lates presents BYOB (Bring Your Own Beamer) Fundraising Event A DIY evening of projection, creativity, and community. Join us for Ramsgate’s first BYOB – a global movement of one-night exhibitions where artists transform spaces using their own projectors. Founded by artist Rafaël Rozendaal in 2010, BYOB events have taken place in towns and cities across the world — from Tokyo to Berlin — and now it’s Ramsgate’s turn. Expect a vibrant night of moving image, DIY visuals, light installations, and sound. All artworks are created by local artists and collectives, using beamers (projectors) to light up the space.
