𝙀𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 is an audio-visual performance and installation celebrating the vitality of inorganic materials, inspired by material’s self-organising behaviours in Cymatics. . Featuring a live moving image and a quadraphonic system, it provides a digital-analog self-organising system. Luminous powder and the sonic landscape adapt to each other and evolve together. Audience will be taken on a journey where they are scaled down, and they will experience the vibrational environment as the powders do. . This piece aims to present the emergence of “lifeform” in the material, and the complex interrelationship and entanglement with the sonic environment. We thus hope to provoke a new perception of non-living substances and a reconsideration of our relationship with them. Beibei Wang x Toolbox: World of sounds at 7th TICA Fest 八音 𝙀𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙨 is a bridge between Chinese traditional music and the contemporary classical world. Eight ancient sound categories, metal, stone, clay, leather, reborn through percussion, light, and water. @tan_dun 's Water Music was at the heart of the programme with Steve Reich, John Cage, and traditional Chinese music. The circle holds deep meaning in Chinese philosophy, so the stage is shaped as an infinite loop, performers rotating through instruments as the music flows through them. 𝒮𝓊𝓈𝓊𝓇𝓇𝓊𝓈,₂₀₂₆ ≋ 𝒮𝓊𝓈𝓊𝓇𝓇𝓊𝓈 is an immersive sound installation that explores self-presence as a fleeting, relational phenomenon. Ke Peng (PK) is a London-based multimedia artist working across performance, scenography, and immersive audiovisual installation. Bridging art and technology, she explores perception and material agency through visuals, light, and space, creating expanded experiences in collaboration with musicians, choreographers, and dancers.
