Found myself in Chelsea yesterday daaahling to support the man, the myth, the slightly mental 😉, the definite legend that is @frank1313 ! Was so honoured to be part of such a fantastic evening! Besides the fact that you could feel the love in the room, Franks positivity, humour, honesty and candour in talking about his 450km run not only on practicalities but speaking about his emotional journey “almost” make me want to join his running community, almost 😆 But seriously, it’s catching! Having been part of his first ever Ultra I never thought it would lead to this epic running story (sorry @polcatb !) but I’m proud of you. Love you fam ♥️♥️♥️

Klattermusen London - Trail talk - Mountain to Sea 450km with Frank Bingham What an evening, surrounded by beautiful, inspiring people. Listening to Franks stories (he’s got so many more…) of his TSP solo, unsupported run from Chamonix to Marseille, a look at the bag and kit he carried for all those miles and an introduction to Klattermusen’s new trail running collection. Grateful to be surrounded by so many and feeling the love! #trailrunning #ultrarunning #running #lovewins

Camino Ultra Epping Forest 50k and 25k ultra last weekend. Starting on Friday, we headed out to do some course marking from Butlers Retreat. Once mission was complete we headed to our glamorous YHA accommodation ( actually really lovely and the staff were so helpful). Lots of prep, sorting the vans, then a good nights sleep. Early start for setting up the 50k aid station and 25k race start. Seeing @frank1313 take on his Race Direct role with such passion and love for the Camino Ultra community was a total joy and listening to @markwhite_0602 bring the gratitude for running a @gratefulmileofficial to all the runners. Storm Amy showed up and gave us a hard time but the Camino Angels weren’t having any of her windy nonsense. It’s always a pleasure to support the runners and see some familiar faces taking on a Camino challenge. @klattermusen and their reusable speed cups. 🩵 @david_camino_ultra_bone , @onehandedrunner and @daz_camino_ultra being absolute legends 🧡 @360maxim being the best course sweeper and looking pretty in pink🩷 Finish line feels, cheers, hugs and a pub dinner. What a weekend. What a joy. What a community. 🧡 @camino_ultra 📸 @polcatb @coach_anniebee @helenmfb @curlylocks72

WOW—what a show! The curtain may be down, but these memories will last a lifetime. So proud of our two shining stars, Tallulah and Caleb, lighting up the stage in High School Musical. Months of rehearsals, those songs on repeat in my head—and then seeing it all come to life? Absolutely worth it. Over 150 students brought this production together, with incredible teachers making sure every single one of them had their moment to shine. Watching our kids on stage, surrounded by friends, full of joy and doing what they love... my heart is full. Keep soaring, both of you. You were fabulous. 💫🎭❤️ #Highschoolmusical #RPHS #drama

@london100km Finish Line Feels 🏁✨
One week on from the inaugural London100 ultramarathon, and the photos are still flooding in—but the joy, the energy, and the sheer triumph of last Saturday still linger just as vividly. To witness so many runners take on their first 25k, 50k, or even 100k ultra—and then to share in their elation as they crossed that finish line—was nothing short of magical. Moments of courage, grit, and celebration filled the air, and I felt endlessly proud and inspired to be part of it all. The streets of London may have been blazing hot, but that didn’t stop runners from crossing the finish line beaming. And we stayed till the very end—until the final runner returned home, right back to where the journey began—greeted with cowbells, wild cheers, endless clapping, and those unforgettable, joy-filled hugs. (And Frank’s legendary “Runnnneeeerrrssss!” echoing in the background, of course.) I’m beyond grateful to have been part of such a brilliant event, surrounded by the very best people—old friends, new faces, and even a few Camino legends. What a day. What a community. What a memory.
Here’s to next year’s London100—may it be just as powerful, just as joyful, and just as unforgettable. #London100 #UltraMarathon #FinishLineFeels #RunningCommunity #JoyInTheJourney #RunWithHeart #TrailFam #CaminoVibes 📸 @helenmfb @therunningphotoguy @gigigiannella_photo

Just a little snapshot from the Crystal Palace checkpoint at the incredible London100 @london100km It’s been a few days, but I’m still buzzing with joy from the experience. From the 5:30am start—loading up the car, pitching the glorious Camino gazebo, and welcoming our amazing volunteers—it was a day filled with heart and purpose. Every single person there came to support the runners, whether they were tackling 25, 50, or the full 100k. The Camino Angels showed up in full force, offering hydration, snacks, pickles, sun cream—and so much warmth. A special shoutout to the Brockwell Park aid station too—you were absolutely essential for those runners pushing through! At some point, someone handed me a cowbell... maybe even two. Let’s just say I made a lot of noise cheering on all the incredible legends taking part in the very first London100. What a privilege to witness their journeys up close. I’m endlessly inspired by this community—the joy, the fun, the love. It lifts you up and fills your heart in a way that stays long after the finish line. Fueling by @precisionfandh Water refills and coffees from the awesome @brownandgreencafe Energy, love, advice and support - the Camino Angels 🧡 #london100km #caminoultra #ultrarunning

I had the privilege to see Deo off on his journey in July 2023, 518 days ago, at Hammersmith Studios, a journey from Cape Town to London to tell the story of human migration. Yesterday we welcomed him home back to where it started. What a dedicated, determined person you are @deoruns . #cpt2lnd #deoruns
