One of my favourite pictures from last year. This was from Ultrabalaton, a 131-mile race around Lake Balaton in Hungary. Sadly I DNF (did not finish) with a 105 miles done in 24 hours. I'm still hoping to go back this year and finish the business. But I will never forget seeing my son run up the hill too see me and running a little with me after 55km.

OMG what a festival, LoveTrails you have out done yourself again. So much love and positivity all around. Great music, food, trails, and people.
Not only did I get to representing Camino Ultra for their run, but I was also so lucky enough to bring my family along for this one, and boy they were not disappointed. Such a great and safe place to bring everyone of all abilities, not just runners.
Its only been a week but can not wait for next year to come so we can be back with all my family and friends for more LoveTrails love ❤️
Camino-Ultras 10km at LoveTrails, Gower Peninsula
Oh, the joys of leading a run at LoveTrails. I truly feel blessed to be able to do these things, and I'm forever grateful to Camino-Ultra for asking Polly, Frank, and I to represent them this year.
We all had such an amazing at the festival and taking out an amazing group for a 10km up to the King Arthur stone and along the Ridgway, for some unforgettable memories.
Can't wait for what next year's LoveTrails has in store for us.

What fun. I definitely got caught up in all buzz at the start line, but I always know it was going to be a hard race for my little city boy legs. Loads for steep ups and downs, and that last one was a deal breaker.
But thanks LoveTrails for inviting us at @camino_ultra and giving me that chance to partake in this great little race.
Medal Monday 🏅
What a way to spend a Saturday morning, running around the Gower Peninsula for 27km and over 940 metres of elevation with amazing athletes who are all taking part in the Salomon Golden Trail Series at LoveTrails Festival.
It was incredibly beautiful and equally hard.
Definitely need to get more hill training in this city's boys' legs.
