La muestra, abierta entre el 30 de abril y el 17 de julio de 2026, constituye su primera exposición individual en Estados Unidos y marca un punto de inflexión en su proyección internacional.⁣ ⁣ Este hito se vincula con su participación en el programa Women to Watch 2020 del National Museum of Women in the Arts (@womeninthearts ), instancia gestionada por el NMWA Chile. En ese contexto, su obra fue seleccionada para representar a Chile en la edición “Paper Routes”, centrada en el papel como medio artístico. Posteriormente, la artista viajó a Washington D.C. con el apoyo de nuestra organización.⁣ ⁣ La exhibición se compone de seis murales textiles de gran escala que, mediante la técnica del patchwork, incorporan elementos del graffiti como lenguaje de inscripción crítica. Its title alludes to the effect these prisons have on society as a whole, fostering fear of gathering, protesting, or even expressing dissent on social media. The OAS Office of the Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression monitors the state of artistic freedom of expression in the hemisphere and observes that reprisals against art persist.
