A True Inspiration 👏 Beck joined the PPA in March with her husband, Shane. They sought accountability and guidance to make better lifestyle choices while balancing parenting, work, and social life. In the last 3-4 months, Beck has made incredible progress, and I can't wait to see how she continues to grow in the coming months. Before and after photos only capture a small portion of people's hard work transforming their lives for the better. At the PPA, we emphasise acknowledging milestones that go beyond just weight loss. Age is just a number You will be positively shocked by Kathy’s age and her level of activity… I’m always inspired by what she continues to achieve weekly! You can’t stand eating it anymore! It’s a copy and paste job every single week when it comes to the meals and then you get to a point where you cannot be bothered. You start raiding the cupboards or order a takeaway. The solution is more simple than you think. Competing in Hyrox has been my goal for 18 months. We may not have set any records but the journey to this race has been epic and having one of my best mates as my partner for it just topped it off. @tombyrne_pt worked with me for 9 months and set the foundations for my training @pike.performance has coached me from a nutrition and hydration perspective this year and he has completely changed my mindset around what a good diet looks like and taught me that I do not have to choose between fueling training/body recomp and enjoying time with family events @kore_gym_ has taken my training and fitness to another level. The programming, support and community spirit is another level @sensoriumchiro managed my injury and got me ready to race Thank you @jukedronevisuals for the pictures Let's get ready for next season and see how far we can go If you do find this post boring you may want to mute me as there's more to come 😂

I did not expect that! I was up for a gentle jog for 5K, but then my competitive side the best of me and I went full send it! 🤣 Renee, who was wearing the 250 t-shirt helped me massively to hold on!
