The art of hula hoop making 💙🩵. Daniel @simu.circus kindly gifted me his leftover polypro tubing. I just cut them to size, inserted rivets and applied holographic tape. Easy as that. So happy with the result!! I am now the proud owner of a matching 70 cm hula hoop twin set, ready for some doubles flow.

Almost twelve!! That is my all time record with infinity tosses 💪. This footage perfectly shows why this trick isn’t as clean as I would like it to be (yet): my left hand is unprepared! Right hand is at the ready to catch the hoop behind the shoulder, left hand… not so much.
This is super exciting, because now I know what to improve. Love my growth mindset 😆

For every trick that looks smooth, there are hours of practice that go unnoticed on social media!
Just to keep it real: nobody gets a new hula hoop trick right away. It may take hours, months or even years. Consistency is key, and the more you train the easier you catch up on new moves. Don’t get frustrated, just enjoy the process of growth. I happen to love this process (and the art of drilling). Although my face in the second slide tells otherwise 😂.

She sent me close up videos to help me understand the mechanics. How awesome is that?!
