Jason Mello is a veteran stunt performer, stunt double, and fight coordinator for with extensive credits across major film and television productions. He has doubled talent including Charlie Cox and Rami Malek, with stunt and action credits on Daredevil: Born Again, West Side Story, Fallout, and Godfather of Harlem.

The version of the T-60 power armor seen in the Fallout TV series comes with previously unseen modifications. The most prominent is a rising faceplate that allows face-to-face communication without having to take the helmet off completely, integrated jet boosters allowing for limited flight, and located within the forearms of the armor.
The version of the T-60 power armor seen in the Fallout TV series comes with previously unseen modifications. The most prominent is a rising faceplate that allows face-to-face communication without having to take the helmet off completely, integrated jet boosters allowing for limited flight located within the forearms of the armor (unlike the bulky, back-mounted jet pack mod seen in Fallout 4), as well as an integrated water storage unit on the back. The helmet includes an integrated radio system allowing for long-range two-way communication.
The second season of the Fallout TV series is an upcoming continuation of season 1. The season was greenlit on April 18, 2024, roughly a week after the first season was released. It is set to premiere on December 17, 2025, with eight episodes releasing weekly on Wednesdays, culminating in a season finale on February 4, 2026. It will be followed by a third season.
