Today, Phipps and @MonadnockConstruction held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the official start of construction of 327 units for the 3rd phase of the Atlantic Chestnut development. Once completed, this development will include nearly 1,200 affordable housing apartments. Special thanks to @MonadnockConstruction @citi @goldmansachs @nychousing @dattnerarch , New York City Housing Development Corporation, Brooklyn Community Board 5, @cmsandynurse and @bkbpreynoso .
