The 60s Seminar - The Overcut
Keeping the shape strong through the edges while softening the interior.
A small triangular section keeps the outline solid, while square layering through the top introduces softness and movement. In front of the radial section, the shape shifts short to long to maintain flow towards the face, finished with deep parallel point-cutting to subtly break up the fringe.
Fullness. Texture. Balance.

@romankemp for the BAFTA TV Awards.
The focus was on enhancing the shape already within the hair - keeping the finish clean through the sides while bringing out the texture and movement through the back for a more defined mullet feel.

The 60s Seminar - Razor Cut, Part 2
Refining the top through controlled texture.
Horizontal sections and over-direction maintain length through the crown, while internal texture is built through the occipital. Working short to long keeps weight towards the front, with subtle disconnection to soften the overall shape.
Texture. Balance. Control.

BAFTA Nominees Party.
A softer approach to the evening for @sarel - keeping the shape low and close to the head, with subtle movement to frame the face and enhance her natural features.
A look designed to feel effortless on the carpet, while still holding a sense of polish and control.

BAFTA Nominees Party.
A look that felt strong, polished, and intentional, while allowing the silhouette to take centre stage.
Keeping the hair off the face with a high ponytail created that clean structure, while soft movement through the lengths added balance and detail.
A refined finish, built to hold throughout the night.

The 60s Seminar - Razor Cut, Part 1
Building the perimeter with lots of texture.
Diagonal and pivoting sections remove internal weight and pushes hair into diffrent directions. The razor is worked short to long to create a soft, diffused edge with natural movement.
Softness. Texture. Control.
Next week: Part 2.
