Quick cut of a few Steadicam shots I’ve had the pleasure operating on in the past 12 months. Been a great year so far, more to come!
Big thanks to all the DP’s, Producers and Directors for bringing me on, and the AC’s for keeping me sharp and hydrated.
Another oner I got to pull off on ep one of the show “The School Repeaters” for DP @pepedehoyos and director @damonfepuleai who both designed the shot.
A lot of choreography and work going on around just out of shot to pull this one off with everyone!
Focus pulling by @angiesanchezvillar
Thanks to prodcuers @robinhood.regz@vanhawken and @hopepapalii for having me. You can see the show on @thecoconettv YouTube channel.
A shot from the first episode of Kahu X which I’m a bit proud of. At the time of shooting, it was the longest and most technically difficult shot I had ever done with Steadicam. Just over a minute long and some very narrow and offset doorways (sorry locations!)
Thanks to DOP @ryanalexanderlloyd for the challenge, and believing in me to pull it off!

Got to try out the ZeeGee a little while back, another great way to move the camera — gives the immediacy of handheld while removing all the bumpy steps.
Thanks to @dpthedp and @gearroomnz for the kit.
A little abstract behind the scenes shot - I love the challenge of pulling off a “oner” with amazing crew and actors.
The second one I’ve done to date. Not a long one, only 2min 12sec from action to cut, but it’s 25 sec longer than my previous longest one - (which was more technical to be fair)
Thanks to @jiao_henry for taking the rig off me at cut.
