In three short weeks, this little film I co-wrote with Julius is finally coming out. Hope you all enjoy it on the biggest screen possible 💪

It’s been a long journey, with still more to go, but couldn’t have had a better team alongside me. Thanks to everyone for their talent and hard work (and 6 weeks of early call times, bitter weather, and tight corsets). Looking forward to sharing this absurd tale with the world :)
That’s a wrap! It’s been a looooong journey (into the 18th century) and can’t thank my incredible cast and crew enough. Whatever bonkers/absurd idea I had, they made it a reality. I’m eternally indebted. Off to the edit (and back to LA) 🙌

Seems a little excessive to post the video since I just posted stills, but hey… now you can hear @alexfrankelnyc Blade Runner score. Thanks again to the entire team.
Here’s to all of us “building a greener future.”
NYC Weekend recap…
Arrived at 1am on Saturday and by 930am…
1. Attended Basquiat’s new exhibit @basquiatkingpleasure with our SAMO team. Can’t recommend the show enough, truly astonishing. A groundbreaking show for a groundbreaking artist. Equally intimate and epic.
2. Balthazar brunch with kitty. Belgian waffles and smoked salmon. When in Rome 🤷🏻♂️
3. Visited Basquiat’s grave in BK. It was a cold dreary day, but the sun miraculously/cosmically came out as we stepped before his grave stone 🙌
4. Screening of the bonkers, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent. It’s a beautiful thing to see a friend succeed and hard work pay off (especially when it involves nic cage). Congrats @tomgormican
Then I flew out at sunrise to get back to our shoot in ATL… Exhausted & thankful. I love nyc 🙌
Happy valentines/anniversary to this beautiful, loving, (and occasionally feral) Kitty. From that first night on the smoky dance floor of Le Baron to Rome, Paris, Vienna, New York, and yes, even Winnipeg - you’ve always been able to make life a little lighter, a little brighter. You’ve also been quite gifted at… well, clumsily tripping over air, rolling your eyes whenever I bring up work, booking expensive vacations, complaining about shit service, eating monstrous meals (usually with animal organs), and vomiting in moving vehicles or outside bad movies :)
While Covid quarantine was probably rough for most, you learned how to make sushi and perfected the Victorian Sponge. I’m a lucky one ❤️
PS. Seeing these photos clearly show not only our relationship over the last decade, but my poor choice in Instagram filters. My apologies.
This one has been brewing for awhile and couldn’t be more proud. It’s a special one. I’m just a small piece of this incredibly talented puzzle.
Highly recommend reading the entirety of the press-release/directors statement. 🙌
