Welcome to Pessima’s first Aarhus Workshop!
For this first event, Simona Coltello will be your tutor and host a very special Silkscreen Workshop:
-We will explain the whole process, from emulsion to printing.
-You will keep an upcycled personalized piece of clothing, which you can bring from home to give it a new life. (There will also be some textiles kindly supplied with support by Trashgirls8000)
-Submit a rant, a little poem, a big fuck you...anything you wanna get off your chest in these hard times!
Submit by Monday 23th (00:00) a sentence or word you would like to be inprinted on the frame, and we will make it ready for the workshop. All the prints will be documented in the next issue of Pessima Magazine, and we encourage you to be Political!

We are happy to announce we have been in talks with @culturemoveseurope and found a solution to help trans* artists apply with their elective name🤍
We want to thank the team for promptly discussing with us and approving an important step forward in their application process. Artists will now be able to use their elective name for the application, cv, portfolio and letter of invitation. The only documents that must be have your legal name are the ID and proof of residence, which will be kept private.
But what is Culture Moves Europe?
It’s a funding opportunity that supports artists that wish to expand their horizons, travelling and carrying out a project in another Creative Europe Country.
Pessima is also glad to be your international partner as we hope to be able to support you in the process and make a successful application to work together in Milan. Good luck and don’t apply late as chances of winning are higher earlier than in late deadlines!
