Designed in collaboration with Walker Warner and GACHOT Studios, the home is thoughtfully embedded into its rugged hillside setting, where the dramatic American West landscape doesn’t just frame the architecture, it becomes an integral part of the home’s identity. NorCal + PNW Offsite Recap
So valuable to have Grant join the Northwest team for few days to step out of the day-to-day and spend time together as a team. With our principal, Nick Sarro, sharing regional insights and perspective on what it takes to operate at the highest level, we spent time reflecting on Q1 and aligning on where we are headed this year.
In between the work, there was no shortage of s’mores by the fire, kayaking (that quickly turned into a race), and time spent together outside of project mode.
Always valuable to reset, reconnect, and come back with a clearer sense of direction.

Our project in the Desert is nearing completion and the quality of the design team and Owner’s vision is coming into focus.
