A sensitive refurbishment of the ground floor at Lord Wandsworth College Junior Boarding House; Bramley House. We were appointed to develop a comprehensive interior scheme across the boarding house’s prep rooms and circulation spaces, helping to reimagine how these areas support focused study, wellbeing and everyday boarding life. The project included full redecoration, space planning, bespoke joinery, restored parquet flooring, new FF&E and carefully layered finishes to create calm, characterful prep environments. Furniture and layouts were carefully curated to balance collaboration with individual study. We were on site last week at one of our completed school projects, with the very talented @bensagephotography and @jamesburleighltd to capture a series of finished shots for Bramley House, a large boarding house at the prestigious @lordwandsworth Here are a few very amateur site shots we took, looking forward to sharing Ben's masterpieces soon and a full breakdown of the project concept -> completion.

Just like that Alma is already over a week old. We’ve been pretty overwhelmed with the response so far and want to give a massive thank you everyone that’s been in so far. Alma was created as a place to facilitate human connection and none of it would have been possible without the help of some amazing people. So, first of all we’d like to thank all the amazing staff that work here for being incredible in every way, coming in on your days off, staying late and making sure it all happened @phoebhillss @joe.allen.food @immistermax @abimatteson (@katiejelford was thinking of us). Thanks to Bran @bjcelectrical for getting the project started by smashing some things up then installing all the electricity and lights. Luke @l.mflooring for helping us with the floor when we had no clue. Justin and the Elemental crew for the amazing paint job (I hear they’re doing a special on electric blue bathrooms.) Matt from @crooked_clay_crooked_clay for dropping off our amazing cups at the last minute (I hear he’s doing a special on hand sanded cups). John and the guys from @cocreateexeter for doing an incredible job on the counter and bench seating and solving all the little puzzles so quickly. Den from @dc.designworks for patiently waiting for our us to answer emails and coming up with our sick logo. Major thanks to Will from @peagreenstudio for computering up the vision and that epic 12 hour shift that will never be forgotten. Alma - after much badgering and dropping huge hints that we'd love to help with their next step, Tony and Rosie finally humoured us and allowed us to create something. We put digital pen to paper to create the vision for their new home, Alma. We worked with the team to design a space that embodied everything people loved about "crankhouse" (wasn't actually even their name!) reusing signature materials and furniture, whilst giving them a whole new life as Alma. @cocreateexeter worked wonders with our drawings and built some exceptional furniture in the space. The team at Alma worked ruddy bloody hard to pull everything together and deserve all the credit for making this space what it is now! Thanks for having us along for the ride! Feels like this project is on the home straight now, tiles going up, paint going on and flooring almost finished, we should really post more on here but when you're doing the design and the build yourselves who honestly has the time?! More finished snippets to follow...... Hopefully!

A few shots of the Teignmouth property and some boards we worked up for Chris to implement across the rooms. We provided Chris with an initial measured survey and then planned the rooms around his budget, offering supplier details and product specifications so he could do the bulk of the work himself, it also helps he's a pretty talented film guy, not sure I've seen such a slick property video! Hope someone snaps this up quick, the turret room has views for miles!
