This just happened.

Thanks to the endless support of
@mars_flavourplanet , we (I say we - it was a team effort through and through) managed to place first at the 2026 German Roasting Championships, hosted by SCA Germany - on Friday the 13th, no less :0)

As a non binary roaster, I feel incredibly happy to have won this title with Mars as my coach, and a (still to be thanked and mentioned) queer, trans, non-binary and women of-centre posse that remains mostly out of view in single-competitor competition settings.

I still can’t quite compute, to be honest. Here comes a round of thank you’s.
