A successful start for @pergaminocafe in Medellín.
Following the installation of their new G75, we supported the on-site setup, delivered comprehensive software training, and created customized roasting profiles.
The feedback has been outstanding: the customer is not only highly satisfied but also genuinely impressed by the machine’s capabilities - especially the smart automation features that make roasting more efficient and consistent.
With a strong café presence in Medellín, this marks an exciting next step in their coffee journey.
