A few reminders about your Paw Paddock sessions🐶 Our sessions are 25 and 55 minutes long, not 30 minutes or 1 hour. The extra 5-minute buffer is there to allow customers to leave safely and avoid crossover between dogs. Please do not arrive early for your session or enter the paddock before your booking time. Early arrivals can be very stressful for reactive or nervous dogs still in the paddock, and we want every visit to feel calm and safe🐾 We also kindly ask that you leave promptly at the end of your session so the next customer can enjoy their session too. Booking reminders are sent via email, text, or app notification the evening before your session, and you can check your booking details anytime through your Paw Paddock account on our website or app. Please note that our paddock opening hours are set by planning permission, so we’re unable to offer flexibility on session times. Paw Paddock Kingscote Update📢 Our team have been working hard behind the scenes to get our Kingscote site ready for your pups, and we’re on track to be opening very soon! 👀 All that’s left to do is lay the paths and fit out the parking area, add the final pieces of agility equipment, and complete all the finishing touches - then the site will be ready for your pups to run, sniff, and explore! We just wanted to make you all aware that unfortunately there will not be a water source available at our Kingscote site. If this ever changes, we will of course update all customers, but for now we kindly ask that you come prepared and bring your own water supply for your dogs when attending sessions. Helen has completed the 2026 London Marathon in memory of Archie 👏 “What a day, full of love, emotion and pain 😂 this is the hardest challenge I have taken on and to do it alongside my family and friends is an absolute honour. The heat was a real challenge, after training in cold/wet and windy, the running on the day was harder than any training run, but we made it to that finish line, which I couldn’t be prouder of. What a turnout from our friends and family, the love on the day was just beaming all the way around the course until the end….truly moving. Thank you to every single person who has donated, sent messages, there on the day to support, it means everything to me and my family. A little update from our marketing director, Helen... "With just a few days to go until the @londonmarathon , I’m feeling a real mix of emotions — super excited but also unbelievably nervous. I’ve been sticking to my @runna programme and managed to complete my longest training run of 33km, thanks to my amazing training buddies: my mum Mandy, my brother Rich, and my best pal Georgia 💛 Training through the cold, rain, and dark days has been tough, and at times it’s been really hard to find the motivation to get out and run. But knowing I’m doing this for my little boy, and raising money for @chestnuttreehouse , has been all the motivation I’ve needed. I have so much admiration for anyone who runs a marathon. I know it’s going to be a very emotional day, but I’m really looking forward to seeing friendly faces cheering me on — and especially seeing my little girl at the finish 🏁 Thank you all so much for your incredible support and donations.
