Test tile heaven! ✨
Just completed a whole bunch of handmade test tiles and I’m so happy with how they turned out. All my glazes on all my clays, all teaching me something new.
I love the texture of the dark crank and the brightness of the porcelain white… which one’s your favourite?

All set up at the guildhall with Bay Gallery and loads of other beautiful creations that I’ll try to capture the essence of when I’m stewarding tomorrow afternoon. Come and say hi 🙂

This Christmas, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice asked me to make 140 pure white ceramic stars 🌟 - I run pottery classes a short walk from them in the Garden Studio, High Barnet. The stars were sold to raise funds as only 19% of their funding comes from government.
Each one was individually cut and gently smoothed around the edges with a damp sponge to look as beautiful as possible. Then into my kiln for a 14 hour firing!
In November, my younger daughter Naomi joined me for a lovely morning with three other volunteers. We transferred the red Noah’s Ark Hospice logo onto the stars and threaded each with Christmas ribbon. Each star went into a small cellophane bag with a business card - designed and donated by my elder daughter, Elishea.
It was lovely to get a glimpse into this amazing organisation and the work they do, especially meeting some of the wonderful staff and the selfless volunteers.
I hope I’m in time to wish all of you - wherever you are - a very happy and peaceful new year.
Thanks to all my beautiful customers that helped to make 2025 a great year for my business. Love you all!

A few of the little clay things that made their way into the world this year. Mostly decorations and bits for the Christmas markets - experimenting alongside the jewellery and loving the change. Clay’s my creative therapy and has been the escape between the day job for the last 2 years, and I’m looking forward to having more space for it in the new year. I’d also love to start sharing some paintings and prints that rarely leave my living room.
What will 2026 bring? 👀 Last chances to grab the goodies:
