Shedding light on science through animation 🌍✨
We directed the animated intro for AXXIS, a Swiss education platform for teachers of 4–11-year-olds, in collaboration with @harmonikpictures & @jackywinter .
The story centers on global warming, one of the key challenges AXXIS helps children understand.

Excited to share that I recently took part in the @shedrewthat mentorship, where I created this animation in the style a tv channel ident.
I love the sudden bursts of energy often in MTV and E4 idents, so focusing on character animation within this context gave me the freedom to play with shape and perspective. Huge thank you to my mentor Dani Negrin Ochoa from @wednesday__studio , who I have learnt so much from and was incredibly supportive throughout. Plus, the talented @patrickhenchmanaudio for being up to collaborate and nailing the sound design.
I applied to the programme to improve my character animation skills, connect with like-minded women, and ultimately find a sustainable process for creating personal projects. I've had a 'things I want to make' list for a while now and I feel that the structure provided by this mentorship was exactly what I needed.
