Gildlings has just touched down back in Aus after a whirlwind trip to The Bologna Childrenās Book Fair in Italy and some time spent visiting our publishing friends in London! Pasta was consumed, folios were reviewed, connections were made and a whole host of brilliant conversations are (hopefully!) about to turn into exciting next steps.
Weāre back in the office feeling inspired, energised and with plenty in motion for our creators.

Kaitlin is a Peruvian-American award winning illustrator and New Jersey native. She illustrates images with a āØsparkleāØ, using careful linework, eye-catching colors and a playful sense of nostalgia. She loves collaborating and her favourite projects are āOnes where the client and I are able to bounce ideas of each other and get the most unique result that couldnāt have come from just one mind.ā
When sheās not drawing, youāll probably find her exploring an antique store, looking for vintage trinkets, beautiful ceramic pieces or perfect grandma sweaters to add to her collection.
