20 yearly visits to Coney Island! Lots of people have joined me through the years, but for more than a decade Lewie has been here with me. We had our youngest attendee ever! This starts my break from instagram and Facebook, maybe for just a little bit, maybe for a long time, but I’m still out here and know that if nothing else, as long as I’m on this earth still, I’ll be at Coney Island this time next year.
Pleased to announce our first short film, DAY OF THE DAD, will be making its world premiere at @nightmaresfilmfest next month! It was a labor of love and is a love letter to my daughter who was 9 months at the start of shooting and 2 when we wrapped. (She’s 3 now. Don’t talk to me.)
I can’t wait to share it with the world. There are endless INCREDIBLE people whose hard work made this short happen. Your Horror Show and Launchover are juggernauts. And there’s so many more.

I had a wonderful time in California, started in San Diego to see Jaechelle, did my own tournament of chompians between Handel’s and In N Out (Handel’s takes it in my book), headed up to LA and saw two of the greatest toddlers on earth (and yeah the friends and family raising them), went bowling for research, ate some other really great food with some great people, watched an ok movie and then had to leave (but not before a final selfie with my amazing aunt Carol who shows no signs of slowing down.) I needed about three more weeks of this but it just means I’ll come back sooner than later.
Vampire Survivors certainly ensared us with its charm. What enticed you into this deceptively simple game with it's Vampire-like lure?
