This cake tho…. •Black Sapote , •Coconut cream •Date caramel •Brazil nut crumble . I’ve been loving using seasonal fruits @fruithuntersco for dishes. It’s been fun experimenting with black sapote and making raw delights. The actual cake part is make with same batter as my last donut video .

Date Sugar- All you need is 2 cups date( deglet noir are best bc they are a dryer variety of date. ) a blender , a dehydrator or oven works as well(You’ll just be able to preserve the nutrients with a lower/slower temperature in the dehydrator.) -Poor dates into blender , blend until they’re all combined into a ball. -Remove from blender and start forming them into small pieces. -Spread the small pieces over a tray. -You’re going to want to put in dehydrator for 8 to 12 hours (if you’re putting in the oven depending on the lowest heat your oven goes down to it will take less time. ) After the first dehydrate, make sure that they feel crispy and like most of the moisture has left them . -Place back in the blender and blend until it turns into a powder. -Pour your powder onto your tray and spread evenly thin. You’re gonna wanna cover it with a parchment paper so the powder doesn’t blow away. -Dehydrate for another 4 to 6 hours. (Blend again if needed) There you have fresh made date sugar !

Unripe Soursop is perfect to make a phish fillet style meal. The texture falls apart like how a white phish does and when you add the sea veggies into the mix it straight taste the same. although I tend to like to stay away from calling things by animal products I used to eat. It’s just relatable for those who are transitioning into a plant based livity.

My Healing Journey started around 2018 and it’s still ongoing. Healing is a lifestyle . I find this to be an experiment with my life and my health. Knowing that health is the true wealth of life because you could have millions and millions of dollars but if your health isn’t in good condition, that money is not worth a single cent. Yes, you can pass it on, but the goodness and richness of life is directly reflected on your health and wellness. Many of us are dealing with our own issues due to eating habits , imbalances and environment conditions. I know what it’s like to go through these hardships . In retrospect it doesn’t seem so bad but when you’re dealing with it, it really can have a toll on your whole overall being. I’m grateful to have been able to have the insight to make these changes and I’m also grateful for those who have helped/ supported me along the way. I hope this could land on the eyes and ears of those who are going through a similar situation and can utilize this information to ease their own journey.
